Sittingbourne has had a lot of new housing built around it, particularly out toward Iwade and Kemsley, sitting alongside the older streets around Milton Regis and Murston. The two need quite different amounts of time.
Check availabilityOne price covering oven, hob, fridge, blinds and internal windows. Nothing itemised afterwards.
The newer estates tend to be straightforward, modern kitchens and bathrooms with surfaces that clean quickly. The older housing nearer the town centre has the opposite characteristics, and a flat quote by bedroom count that treats them the same tends to be wrong for one of them.
Sittingbourne is also a commuter town, so tenancies here more often end in line with a job move than with a school year. Demand is steadier across the calendar than in the student-heavy parts of Medway, which usually means more flexibility on dates.
Modern fittings clean fast, but white paintwork and light-coloured carpets show every mark. Scuffs on skirting and door frames are the most common deduction on newer properties and we do them as standard.
Milton Regis and Murston have older stock with original woodwork and kitchens fitted into awkward spaces. These take longer, and we would rather quote for the property in front of us than a bedroom count.
Sittingbourne has the same hard water as the rest of our area. Descaling is part of the standard clean, not an extra line on the bill.
We are a mobile service covering these areas. We do not have an office in Sittingbourne, we travel to you.
Our free end of tenancy checklist covers every item a letting agent typically checks, in the order it makes sense to work through them. No sign-up, and genuinely useful whether you book us or not.

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.
| 1 bed | 2 bed | 3 bed | 4 bed | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deep clean | £80 | £125 | £170 | £205 |
| + Hob deep clean | £10 | £10 | £15 | £15 |
| + Inside fridge / freezer | £15 | £15 | £20 | £20 |
| + Blinds & window ledges | £15 | £20 | £22 | £25 |
| + Internal windows | £15 | £20 | £25 | £30 |
| Deep clean, everything added | £135 | £190 | £252 | £295 |
| Our end of tenancy price | £110 | £150 | £195 | £230 |
| You pay less by | £25 | £40 | £57 | £65 |
That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.
