Moving out is stressful enough without arguing over a deposit. We clean the property to the standard a letting agent or landlord expects at check-out, and unlike most cleaning companies we include everything in one price rather than itemising extras once we are already there.

If your tenancy agreement expects the property returned in the condition you found it, this is the clean that gets you there. Photographs on completion give you a record of how the property was left, which matters if there is ever a dispute.
A void period costs money. We turn properties around quickly so you can get the next tenancy started, and we work to the same documented standard every time regardless of which cleaner attends.
One price covering everything means no negotiating extras property by property. If you place work with us regularly we can talk about an arrangement that reflects that.
We vacuum thoroughly, but we do not currently offer wet carpet cleaning or extraction. If your tenancy agreement specifically requires professionally cleaned carpets with a receipt, you will need a specialist for that part, and we are happy to point you in the right direction.
As early as you can, particularly around month end when most tenancies finish. That said, we often have availability at shorter notice than people expect, so it is always worth asking.
Ideally yes. An empty property cleans faster and more thoroughly, and it is what the price assumes. If furniture is staying, tell us when you book so we can quote accurately rather than surprising you on the day.

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.

That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.
