A regular clean that actually happens, on the day it is supposed to, by someone you recognise. That sounds like a low bar, and it is, but it is the thing most people tell us went wrong with their last cleaner.
Book onlinePer visit, weekly or fortnightly. Flat rate agreed upfront, not hourly.
If cleaning is the thing that keeps sliding to the weekend and then not happening, a regular booking takes it off the list entirely.
If your last cleaner stopped turning up without warning, the thing that matters to you is not price, it is reliability. We schedule around a team rather than one person, so a cleaner being unwell does not mean your clean is cancelled.
We aim for consistency wherever the schedule allows, so you are not explaining where things are kept every fortnight.
Wherever we can, yes, and it is what we aim for on regular bookings. If your usual cleaner is unavailable we send someone else rather than cancelling on you, and they work to the same documented standard.
No, everything comes with us. If you would rather we used your own products, for allergies or a particular surface, just tell us and we will.
Bank transfer, or Direct Debit through GoCardless for regular bookings. Prices are flat and agreed upfront.
Yes. Just let us know in advance and we will move the schedule rather than charging you for a clean that did not happen.
