Would rather not do it yourself?

We clean to exactly this standard across Kent, from £110, with everything on this list included in one price. You get photographs on completion and a receipt, which matters if your tenancy agreement asks for professional cleaning. You can see before and after photos from real jobs if you want to check the standard first.

End of tenancy cleaning

One thing worth checking before you start: read your tenancy agreement. Some specifically require professional cleaning with a receipt, or professionally cleaned carpets. If yours does, doing it yourself will not satisfy that requirement however well you clean.
