Ashford has grown faster than almost anywhere else in Kent over the last decade, and the rental market has grown with it. A large share of what we clean here is relatively modern housing on the newer estates, which is a different job to the older stock elsewhere in the county.
Check availabilityOne price covering oven, hob, fridge, blinds and internal windows. Nothing itemised afterwards.
The high-speed link to St Pancras has changed who rents in Ashford. A significant proportion of tenants here are commuters, which tends to mean shorter tenancies and more frequent turnover than in towns where people settle longer.
More turnover means more end of tenancy cleans, but it also means landlords and agents here are used to the process and know what a good clean looks like. Standards are generally well understood rather than negotiated case by case.
Much of the rental stock on the Park Farm and Repton Park estates is modern, which usually means less time on original woodwork and awkward corners. That works in your favour on price and scheduling.
Newer kitchens tend to mean integrated appliances, and the gaps behind and beneath a fitted fridge or dishwasher are the classic missed spot. We move what can safely be moved rather than cleaning around it.
Ashford sits at the edge of our regular round rather than in the middle of it, so we group Ashford work where we can. Booking with a little notice means we can schedule you alongside other jobs in the area.
We are a mobile service covering these areas. We do not have an office in Ashford, we travel to you.
Our free end of tenancy checklist covers every item a letting agent typically checks, in the order it makes sense to work through them. No sign-up, and genuinely useful whether you book us or not.

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.
| 1 bed | 2 bed | 3 bed | 4 bed | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deep clean | £80 | £125 | £170 | £205 |
| + Hob deep clean | £10 | £10 | £15 | £15 |
| + Inside fridge / freezer | £15 | £15 | £20 | £20 |
| + Blinds & window ledges | £15 | £20 | £22 | £25 |
| + Internal windows | £15 | £20 | £25 | £30 |
| Deep clean, everything added | £135 | £190 | £252 | £295 |
| Our end of tenancy price | £110 | £150 | £195 | £230 |
| You pay less by | £25 | £40 | £57 | £65 |
That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.
