Quick Clean Kent is a small, local cleaning company based in Gillingham. Not a franchise, not a call centre that subcontracts your job to whoever answers first.
I started Quick Clean Kent in 2025 and run it from Gillingham. I am on the tools as often as I am behind a desk, which is deliberate — it is how I know what a job actually takes, and why our prices are set by property rather than by an hourly rate somebody guessed at.
Most of our work comes from people recommending us, which is a slower way to build something than buying ads, but it means the standard has to hold up every single time. A bad clean does not just cost one job, it costs the three that would have come after it.
I also hold a Level 2 Plumbing Diploma from North Kent College and work in the trade, which is more relevant than it sounds — it means I know what an inventory clerk checks, what a letting agent needs on file, and what actually causes a deposit dispute.
Priced by property size, never by the hour. What we quote is what you pay, and nothing gets itemised and added afterwards. If a property turns out to be in a materially worse state than described, you get a call and photographs before we start rather than a bigger invoice after.
If you are asking for an end of tenancy clean and a deep clean would genuinely cover it, we will say so. For a property that needs the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, end of tenancy is actually cheaper than a deep clean with all of those added on, and we will show you the arithmetic rather than just assert it.
No wet carpet cleaning or extraction — we vacuum thoroughly, spot treat and deodorise. If your tenancy needs professionally cleaned carpets with a receipt, you need a specialist, and we would rather tell you that upfront than risk your deposit.
On completion, and before we start if anything is already damaged or marked. On end of tenancy work that is the difference between having evidence and having an argument.
Certificates and trade references are available on request if you are adding us to a contractor panel. Just ask.
