Gravesend sits in the commuter belt, with Ebbsfleet International a short hop away and fast links into London. That pulls in tenants who are renting for work rather than settling, and turnover follows accordingly.
The housing mix is broad, from Victorian terraces near the town centre through to newer developments out toward Northfleet and the riverside regeneration areas. We quote on the property rather than the postcode, because the difference between those two is significant.
This is unusual and worth saying plainly. Most cleaning companies in the area are booked out at month end. We have recently taken on additional cleaners covering Gravesend specifically, so we can often accommodate dates others cannot.
The newer riverside developments often have balconies, which are frequently overlooked at check-out and just as frequently checked. If your property has outside space, it needs cleaning too, and we include it.
The older terraces here have the same characteristics as Gillingham, original woodwork, older kitchens, more time needed. We price these on what we see rather than assuming a flat rate by bedroom count.

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.

That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.
