Gillingham is where we are based, so this is the town we know best and where we can usually offer the shortest notice. Most of our end of tenancy work here happens in the terraced streets running off the high street and out through Twydall and Parkwood.
Check availabilityOne price covering oven, hob, fridge, blinds and internal windows. Nothing itemised afterwards.
Gillingham has a high proportion of rented housing compared with most of Kent, driven partly by proximity to the Medway campus and partly by the number of Victorian and Edwardian terraces that have been converted or let out over the years.
That housing stock matters for cleaning. Older properties tend to mean original skirting, picture rails, sash or older casement windows, and kitchens that have been fitted around awkward spaces. They take longer than a modern flat of the same bedroom count, and any quote that ignores that is either going to overrun or cut corners.
Medway is a hard water area and it shows. Shower screens, taps and kettle areas need proper descaling rather than a wipe, and it is one of the things agents in the area check first because they know to expect it.
Properties that have been let for years often have ovens that have never had a proper deep clean, only surface wipes between tenancies. These take considerably longer than a modern self-cleaning oven and are worth flagging when you book.
Parking on some of the terraced roads is genuinely difficult, particularly around the town centre. It does not change what we charge, but it does mean we plan arrival times around it rather than turning up and hoping.
We are a mobile service covering these areas. We do not have an office in Gillingham, we travel to you.
Our free end of tenancy checklist covers every item a letting agent typically checks, in the order it makes sense to work through them. No sign-up, and genuinely useful whether you book us or not.

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.
| 1 bed | 2 bed | 3 bed | 4 bed | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deep clean | £80 | £125 | £170 | £205 |
| + Hob deep clean | £10 | £10 | £15 | £15 |
| + Inside fridge / freezer | £15 | £15 | £20 | £20 |
| + Blinds & window ledges | £15 | £20 | £22 | £25 |
| + Internal windows | £15 | £20 | £25 | £30 |
| Deep clean, everything added | £135 | £190 | £252 | £295 |
| Our end of tenancy price | £110 | £150 | £195 | £230 |
| You pay less by | £25 | £40 | £57 | £65 |
That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.
