Yes, we can confirm attendance and what was covered on each visit if that’s useful for your own records or for responding to leaseholder queries.
No fixed minimum — weekly and fortnightly are both common for communal areas. Tell us the size and footfall of the block and we’ll recommend what’s realistic rather than upselling a frequency you don’t need.
